Contribute to The King County Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program 

"The overall purpose of the ombudsman program is to promote the interests, well-being, and rights of long-term care facility residents."

 

The King County Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is a program of the Fremont Public Association, a tax exempt charity (ID #23-7421892) under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. If you would like to receive a copy of our most recent 990 tax return, please email us with your current mailing address and we will be happy to send it to you.
